More Republic citizens owe their lives and liberties to the sacrifices of the trooper than any other single force in the galaxy.

Far from simple warriors, Troopers are a rare breed apart. Chosen not only for superior physical prowess but for keen minds and quick thinking every Trooper represents some of the best traits that can be found among all of the peoples of the Republic. Trained to work seamlessly within a squad or battalion each Trooper is also taught to be fully capable when serving alone or within mixed groups of mixed operatives; troopers often find themselves on specialized ops that include members of the Jedi and even the occasional outlaw pilot. It is said no metal can bend without breaking the way that a Republic Trooper can.

The Commando Advanced Class

Commandos constitute the best of the best of the Republic’s elite assault forces. These men and women are the foremost experts on advanced battlefield tactics and logistics. A commando knows when it is best use stealth or intimidation to achieve their goals and when an assault requires them to focus on a single target or blanket an area with destruction. If the Republic needs a target eliminated there simply is no better choice than a Commando.
